Cheese Cake Brownies
Ingredients be adapted with family taste
175 gr butter
200 gr dark chocolate bar, chopped
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs (1)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
500 gr cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs (2)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate.
Mix butter in a large bowl. Add sugar (1), eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla, warm chocolate melted, flour, and salt. Using a hand-held electric mixer beat until well combined.
Spread batter into a buttered and floured 8 by 8-inch pan.
In a medium bowl add the cream cheese, sugar, egg (2), 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until thoroughly mixed.
Dollop the cheese mixture on top of the batter in the pan.
add little of chocolate random as you like
Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool before slicing.
